The most newbie question ever?
I’ve searched and honestly cannot find an answer to this in factsheets or anywhere else... what does chemo feel like when it’s being administered? Is it cold? Room temperature? Do you not really notic...
Now we are in lockdown, don’t get too worried if your husband can’t accompany you. If he can take you there and home again that’s a good start. The nurses are used to recently diagnosed, anxious patients and are mainly excellent. A sandwich and a cup of something is usually offered. You’ll be carefully monitored, particularly first time round. It’ll be fine.
