My favourite part of radiation treatment was when they were adjusting me into position. They kept saying "perfect", "wonderful", "great" etc. I took it all as compliments and kept saying "thank you!" even though I know they were talking about my position and not me. It was a great boost for my ego. :)
On my final day of radiation I drew a happy face just under the treatment area with a black marker.
