Hi Lindyloo, that's awful that you have had the sweats. Panadol always makes me sweat, and I think that's why it brings your temp down. I find that my flushes are less if I drink decaf tea and coffee, avoid chocolate and alcohol. I still get flushes, but they're not as severe. Hoping that this helps, a Trace ??????
