It's quite possible that you are having a period again.I started Tamoxifen at 47 and continued to get a period but it wasn't monthly.When you enter perimenopause your periods might be erratic and/or heavy.It can start up after a year but you should probably get your GP to check you out when you can. Tamoxifen does carry an ever so slight risk of uterine cancer and if your bleeding didn't stop after 5 or 6 days(like a normal period)then you should see a doctor.I hope it's spoiling your travels.
