Tamoxifen and HRT

So sorry to hear about your sister.My mum died earlier this year and I took a break from Tamoxifen too.So I totally understand your need for a decent sleep.Although taking HRT is not recommended when you've had bc, it can be taken if your oncologist thinks it's really necessary.(heard this at a lecture).Have you tried alternatives yet?I take a small dose antidepressant called Endep(10mg).It really helped with sleep/hot flushes and didn't give me any side effects at such a low dose.Keep researching until you can make a comfortable decision.
