We use strata x for our head and neck patients as they often get an extreme skin reaction. It is wonderful stuff! Very expensive, we provide it for our patients so it is kept just for head and neck routinely but if needed we apply it for other areas. Our breast patients all get offered mepitel if suitable, solugel is also provided if needed.
