Strata XRT gel

Hello 🙂. I didn’t use the strata cream, I used Mepitel instead so I can’t really help you there. I have heard really positive things about it though. Other tips are moisturise the area constantly, even if you don’t see redness straight away. It usually appears after the 3rd week, and by then it’ll be too late, so do it from now. Also drink plenty of water to stay hydrated internally, and rest. It does make you tired.
