Hi there, I still suffer from peripheral neuropathy, and I finished my chemo over a year ago (identical regime to you actually!). It has been particularly bad for the last 6 weeks, which my breast care nurse has suggested may be down to the cooler weather (God help me if I return to the UK and its weather!) She has suggested to me trying to keep my hands and feet warm, and to try massaging them regularly. It's not crippling me, but its always there dull and nagging in the background which is quite frustrating! I also get painful cramps/pins & needles very regularly. My BC nurse said that for some women the neuropathy can last for several years post treatment, and for a small minority it may never go away :-(
If you find any other remedies, I'd love to know!
