Second phase
Had my last chemo treatment yesterday. Very emotional saying goodbye to the dedicated caring staff at the treatment centre. Found out helpful information on Lymphodema today. Ready for the next phase, radiation. Plan day on Tuesday.

Congrats on last chemo yes it is strange and like walking to another phase pleased to say I start radio tomorrow go girl
An exercise that i have not seen on any website. Did you know that there is a "reservoir" near your diaphragm under your rib cage that is of benefit to empty by performing the exercise. Seeing if can have cold laser treatment when having radiation to help reduce scarring as this makes treatment for Lymphodema harder. Just a couple of ideas. Hello, what a relief to finish chemo. Take the time to rest up and recover, you've been through a lot & that last dose of chemo seems to take a toll. Hope you feel stronger as the days go by, Tracey??
