@LMK74 regarding hair loss. I think I must be one of the few people that did not shave my head. My hair just came out gradually. What I found most useful were cloth caps I wore to contain my hair at night so it didnt go everywhere. I got mine free from the cancer council shop. My eyebrows came out in stages.
I now have hair and eyebrows again. When you are in the middle of it it is confronting. Looking back I just got used to it.
My only advice is do what you can now. Stock up on food for freezer and pantry.
