Hi Karen
I was diagnosed with dcis in March
Had lumpectomy and snb in May
I completed 28 days of radiation 3 weeks ago and am feeling good
We run our own business so I was up at 6.00 am each day went to work and had organised to have treatment late each day. This way I could go straight home cook dinner and do laundry cleaning etc.
By the time my husband arrived home at 7pm I was tired.
But I must add I did hit the wall the last 7 days
My skin started to break down in the last week and then got a little painful after treatment
Overall it wasn't too bad
