Monday-social worker over talking about the port. Rads followed by approx. 1-2 mins appt with Radiation Oncologist. This must be the first time I really don't like one of my doctors.

Hi Cheryl,
I have had a warm, sometimes really hot breast all through radiation, finished 2 weeks ago. On the weekend my breast heated up again and have had a lot of sharp shooting pain in both surgery sites.
We have had similar stories with no other option than Lumpectomy, I will chat on another blog with you about that.
Re the BCNurse, did you read my blog about her saying the whole splinter in the thumb thing, you wouldn't cut your thumb off. To which I told her if it was toxic and trying to kill me I would. What a strange analagy for a nurse who is meant to be specializing in breast cancer patients to have.
All the best with the last weeks of your radiation, I took my Moo Goo udder cream with me to every session and put it on immediately after. Now that my burns have healed I am putting paw paw ointment on, greasy but I can still feel it in the morning, so I think it works all night.
