Radiotherapy tingles
12 of 35 sessions completed. I have started to feel the tingle of sunburn on my side. I have mepitel film, is there a safe way to cool it down without affecting the mepitel?

Yep use one of those gel freezer ones l would take it in my esky and then put it on the boob while l drove home
