@cactusk the tiredness is the most common side affect. The burning can be treated but the tiredness, I found I just had to ride it out Mine started halfway through roughly and kept going for about 2 weeks after. Hit by a bus is a good description. It’s more than tired it’s like carrying a heavy weigh. IT DOES GET BETTER. Forget the housework or if your lucky get someone else to do it just don’t expect it be done how you like it done. I used the time to have a nap. Things that’s great to say yes to is the vacuuming, bed making and hanging the washing. Keeping up good nutrition and fluid is essential. Good luck with it all. I always gave myself a treat at the end of each week.
