Radiation therapy side effects
im about to begin radiation therapy and am not sure the best cream to use for side effects. Oncologist suggested one but only available online. Any other creams that are easily acquired? Would love...
Qv creams all the way for me too. I had 6 weeks of treatment and only had a bit of skin breakdown in the crease of my boob and chest wall - apparently large boob, lots of radiation, hot hot hot on top of itself is not great for the skin. Then it was solugel with a dressing for a couple of days and then a silicone dressing after that. I’m still moisturising now and I’m nearly 4 months post but my boob is still a bit warm so I’ve been advised to keep at it cause it will stop any issues
