Hi Kathy, my treatment was similar to yours, lumpectomy and radiation. I have also now started hormone therapy. I think we become more sensitive to any changes in our body and worry that it could be caused by the BC treatment. I stopped radiation a month ago, I have had more headaches than normal but no migraines. I hope your migraine was a once off occurrence and you continue to get stronger everyday. :-) Sandra
