Radiation side effects

Hi - I have had five days of radiation with another 16 days to go - however my right arm is very painful  -not swollen - just throbbing - I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow and will discus - just wanted to know if this is normal?

    Thank you.  All checked out and just neurofen.   Settled down today.

    Hi @Suwal - cellulitis is a risk from breast surgery and radiotherapy so getting it checked is a good idea. I had cellulitis and was treated with a course of antibiotics which cleared it up quickly.Make sure both your GP and radiotherapy oncologist know about the situation.

    Welcome.  It's not something I've heard of, so if you didn't already have an appointment, I'd be suggesting you make one. Please let us know what the doctor says
