@Molly001, my god that looks painful. You wonder how any of this can be good for us lol. I used bepanthen also and found it soothing for the itching. Itch is now under control with antihistamines. I will get some bio oil to try.
@Zoffiel, anything that removes the scabs quickly sounds good to me . I'm sick of waking up in the morning buried in flaking skin everywhere lol.
