Thanks for your post. Glad to hear you're moving back to 'normal', enjoying walks and other things that make life enjoyable.
I'm 6 weeks post mastectomy and about to have my second round of chemo. I'm relieved to hear exercise is helping with the fatigue. In my bad nausea days, I found a morning walk helped get me to lunch time, although there were a couple of days (day 9 & 10 post chemo) where I just couldn't get off the couch, thankfully that didn't last. I've been also doing the pilates dvd program. Now, I'm raring to go for the next round. Bring it on! Spending lunch today with friends and family.
Radiotherapy will follow later on in the year. It's not something I'm looking forward to, but a necessary hurdle. Glad to hear you've come out the other end, so to speak, and enjoying the good things life has to offer.
