Thanks Mira - like you I am not too far away from hiking trails - Mt Wellington is around a 40 mins drive away. You sound so much like me, I too worked out throughout my treatment and it was hard to stop for three weeks whilst my underarm healed! My first week back was agony - I would never have thought that my muscles would ache like they did after three weeks off. The ache only lasted for a few days but oh boy, I felt those muscles.
Good luck with your last two sessions and yes, life is definitely worth living. Take care.
