Oh @Estherch, it is awful the first week or so after infusion. Most of us do slowly start feeling better each day after this. It will pass. Drink lots, rest when you need and try some gentle exercise each day if you can manage it. Day 4 can certainly be a slump as the power of the steroid wears off, but you will feel better soon. If you don't then let your team know. Take care xxx
