Hi Jodie
I am having my port put in this week and start chemo next Monday. I was hoping that this was going to be a painless process....oh well!! I am going to meet up with a trainer this week I have been training with previously and will ask her if she has any ideas and/or could find out some information on suitable exercise. If I find out anything I will post back.
