I did not have AC but did have 12 x Taxol weeks. I felt ok with some side effects that were manageable during the 12 weeks. The major issue with Taxol is that it can cause neuropathy. Its been 5 months since I finished Taxol and I can still feel slight neuropathy in my feet, my fingers are ok. Your oncologist will ask you regularly about how your fingers and toes are feeling. Ive also been told it can take a while to recover from the neuropathy even after you finish. Hope the next 12 weeks is as easy as possible on you.
