Hi @JP46 I’m wondering the same regarding menopause and removal of ovaries. Do I just go ahead and jump into menopause by removing them as I have already had an odd hot flush over the last year anyway. I think my oncotype would be the same and still not give me definite direction. Having choices is hard. I haven’t had a choice regarding the mastectomy, it was the only option being spread throughout the breast.
