I would get hip pain and neck pain within 24 hours of the neulasta plus a general flu like feeling and upper body tenderness where I felt puffy. My head would literally feel too heavy to hold up. I took panadol osteo 8 hourly which gave more constant pain coverage for about 3 to 4 days. Walking helped the hip pain when it got really bad. I have had neulasta every chemo since my 1st round. So 3 so far. It's hard to tell which is chemo or neulasta related I suppose. But round 2 was much worse than round 1 so I assume it's the neulasta.
