I was a bit different. I would have the Neulasta on Wednesday and the bone pain would begin on Saturday becoming unbearable on the Sunday and Monday. I would get it mostly in legs, hips and sternum. The sternum pain made my chest feel as if I was having a heart attack. Strong pain killers like endone didn't help me but mild period pain tablets - naprosyn worked a treat.
