I had neulastin injections with 5 of my treatments and I got pain about the 24 hour mark which lasted about 5 days. I have a tens machine for pain ( I have another chronic illness as well as arthritis) and I found this along with panadiene extra helped. Hopefully you will be one of the lucky ones who doesn't have too many side effects. Good luck. Karen xox
