My first few rounds of chemo weren't too bad either. With the Neulasta, the bone pain for me starts about 48 hours after the injection and lasts for a few days. It wasn't too bad with my first few rounds of chemo but was a lot worse my last round (4) - maybe a combination of it and the new chemo drug. A couple of Panadol is all I usually need. I also read somewhere that an antihistamine can help but I'd double check that first.
