Good news. I have just come back from a mini walk with Dad after going to town to see the Oncologist. Although I thought I stuffed up the needle, I took it into the Dr and he showed me I had recieved the medication, the spring represents the removal of the needle, thats all. He said I got it! Yesterday I was really tired. But I gotta say, the first Chemo hit has gone pretty damn well for me, I expected the worst and so far, it hasnt been too ridiculous. I felt terrible for a couple of days, ordinary for a week, but its not anything like Id read. I wont jump up and down too fast because theres always the next time, and I know what happens when I celebrate early! I just sleep when i get tired, and each day i feel better!
