Need advice on symptoms

Well, I am almost two weeks post my first AC chemo and I started to get a few mouth ulcers at the end of last week. I now have a few more and I just noticed now my tongue looks like it has indents in it, like its cracked. Any advice? I am rinsing with bicarbonate soda and using biotene and using difflam mouth gel. The ulcers aren't too painful but I find it hard to eat with a sore tongue. Please help! Thanks
