Nads - needing some encouragement
@Nads Well I haven't been on for a while due to work and treatments....Dr originally told don't need rads well that soon changed didn't it. Well 24 treatments down with 4 to go and omg can't wait....
You will be surprised at how quickly the skin breakdown heals...the body is an amazing thing. I was prescribed Flamazine cream for mine, after I had tried steroid cream (available from chemist with no prescription). I was all healed less than 2 weeks after last treatment. Be kind to yourself after it finishes, and be mindful of your feeling and emotions. For me it was difficult because everyone wanted to celebrate the end of treatment, right when I was feeling the most exhausted. You are a champion!
