I'm happy that you are feeling well and congrats on your new career. I was also worried about chemo brain when I returned to work but haven't had too much trouble. I'm also on Arimidex and have had no major dramas.Know where you are coming from re the wig, they are hot and itchy, my hair is presentable now, short and very curly:) All the best,
