Yep its all a bit much to take in, so take one step at a time, I didnt have too much trouble with radio, just well creamed to help with the skin but didnt get much side effects, just a bit tired near the latter stage. 6 weeks seems like a long time but this journey is full of ups and downs, so keep taking it step by step.
