Mepilex

My nurse said I can wash Mepilex - it’s already not sticking and only received yesterday . I googled but it doesn’t really say? My treatment that I had her write down- getting tired- says take off Mepilex, bathe salt water solution , then apply Flamigel then replace Mepilex ( I have 2 rectangular pads). How do I wash them so they stick. I have same nurse - trying to grab another one. Any suggestions. Thank you. Still 10 treatments to go - when everyone tells you it looks sore ... makes me feel worse 😢
