Lumpectomy tomorrow !!!
Still does not feel real. I had a call back from mammogram on 12 th January and after a biopsy was told I had early stage breast cancer. 18th January I saw surgeon and it was decided to do lumpectom...

Welcome to the club but so sorry you've had to join us. Take one step at a time. It cliche but it's the only way to go. It's too scary and intense to do it any other way.
