Still does not feel real. I had a call back from mammogram on 12 th January and after a biopsy was told I had early stage breast cancer. 18th January I saw surgeon and it was decided to do lumpectom...

Sorry you've had to join us, but be assured, we are in this together, here to support and share our experiences...
I had my lumpectomy on 13/1. And got my full paths in a week. I had a drain in because my nodes came back positive, but was only in hospital for the two days..I got my drain out today! Yay! .. . The help and support is amazing, and if it makes any sense I feel 'safe'... Ask millions of questions, write everything down ( do you have your my journey kit yet?) It sure is a whirlwind and a roller coaster of emotions! But you will get through it!
