Waiting on results is the absolute pits!!No amount of worrying makes any difference- it's out of your control.Like Mich,I keep really busy if I go for a test and have to wait on results.My cupboards get cleaned out etc..Retail therapy is another good distraction.Waiting on body and bone scans though is the big one of them all and I can remember that awful anxious wait.I'm not a drinker but I think I had a glass or two for that wait and then another glass of bubbly to celebrate when I got the all clear.That was in 2010 when I had a recurrence in the same breast and needed a mastectomy.(had a lumpectomy,full node clearance,radiation in 2003).We are thinking of you and know the fear you must be feeling,So let us know how you go and blog back anytime for support,info or just to vent.
