Anje so sorry you had to join this forum I was diagnosed this January & know what a shock it is like all the others who have gone through it.
I was advised when joining this forum to take it 1 day at a time & take deep breaths.
The lovely ladies on this forum are a big help with all the advice they give & I find it really helps.
