Thanks yes I did get a My Journey kit, and I am finding the diary very useful. I will dig out the Pilates DVD too - thanks for the reminder!
I am determined to have a walk every day, and hopefully ride my bike which is quite new and hasn't been used nearly enough.
Plus I'm keen to focus on fresh unprocessed foods, juices and green smoothies - and chocolate of course :)
