Write an ifficisl ketter of complaint of what wasn't dobe, how unhelpful the staff were, abd rude and what you did because you felt you had no choice. 5 minutes of their time would have avoided the whole incident but if not addressed they will be just as horrible to soneobe else and most likely hostile towards you in the future.
