@Eastmum . My hait didn't grow back on Taxol, but a couple of friends had their hair grow back.
My lashes all dropped out over a couple of weeks. I was left with a patch of lashes in the middle of both eyes - then those all went 3 weeks post Taxol, so yes, they can fall out later. I am super happy to have my lashes back again. I think they were at their final long length about 3 or 4 weeks ago, which would be about 2.5-3 months post Taxol.
