Hi also had an invasive carcinoma 3cm and clear nodes, initially advised by Surgeon that oncotype test was an option but after initial meeting with oncologist decided to opt to de chemotherapy without test as just wanted to make sure I dealt with any fragments that may have escaped. I also had an issue that I didn't respond to Aanastrozil pre surgery so I felt exposed.
