I also have about 8 tubes of Solugel at home and I am putting lots on my breast. Like you, I have had the nurses change the dressing for most of this week and I will go back and see them on Monday. But they have shown me what todo so I should be okay. The nurses have also told me to take panadol for the chest pain I have at the moment and that it's more than likely because of the radiotherapy and the chest muscles. But I will be seeing my doctor next week and should get some answers there. I am also feeling a tightness under the armpit and was told to put plenty of Solugel there too. I guess side affects are to be expected but didn't think I would be having them so soon after finishing. But I have already read where ladies have still been experiencing pain from radiation 1 or even 2 years after treatment finishes. So we will see how it goes.
