First round of Chemo wearing cool cap

The day of chemo was a wipeout. Day 2 and 3 I had an awesome burst of energy from the steroids. Day 4 was crash day for me as well.
I had AC so a little different and I found it cumulative so the 4th round took longer to recover from.
I used the cold cap and kept my hair. Try and give it a shove down on the top regularly so it stays firm on the middle of your scalp as this seems to be the problem area.
