First day of chemo today, aaaah!

So I had my first round of AC chemo today. It still all feels a bit surreal at the moment. I had it about 6 hours ago and am feeling ok so far but feeling a bit nauseous, tired and I have a sore lower back. Not sure if any one else had the sore lower back symptom but I'm hoping it will go away soon. Fingers crossed I get through it ok without any major side effects!
