The forum was just amazing for me as I was feeling really good yesterday and the speakers were brilliant and my husband and I really got a lot of amazing information and meeting Raeleene Boyle for me was a highlight and my husband also being an athlete they had a connection there too I've been trying to rest today but we all have our down days and todays mine, but I'm going to be okay I've had some really nice surprises today from some friends so all in all it's been an okay day.
