Thanks Lyn! I'm having 6 treatments done. Yes, the nurses told me about Portacath but the thought of something under my skin for that long doesn't sound fun. Just have to hope they can get the IV in right the next time.

Thanks so much again for your comment. I'm still trying to find my way around this network and figure out how it all works. Hopefully I will be able to give advice and help others ond day.
