Congrats on the upcoming final chemo. I am 5 weeks post the last dose. My advise is set small goals. I still get a little light headed so careful on stairs and stuff. You don't just bounce back. I figure they spent 3 months poisoning me, it will take time to get back to normal. Actually I want better than normal. At least I am now eating a little better but oh boy its tempting to slip in to the old ways of rubbish foods lol. I must be strong.
