Finishing can be quite emotional, we've been in fight mode since the diagnosis and then suddenly it stops. We all seem to cope in different ways but a lot of us just got ourselves from one treatment to the next and when there is no next left it can be a little overwhelming for a while. At the very start of all of this my GP said we have to give ourselves 12 months to recover from the treatment - the fatigue and disorientation with our old and new life. Don't put any big expectations on yourself but work out what you really want in your new normal and put it in there. Congrats on getting to the end, Jen
