I hope it went well with your first chemo. I am also TNBC, and will start 4TC on the 9th of October. I am so sorry to hear that your reexcision was not clear, and that you will be having a mastectomy. I also had a reexcision, but am very thankful that my margins came back clear the second time. My tumors was 4 mm and 6 mm with a very large DCIS, and thankfully there was a clear lymph node. I will also have to go for radiation after the chemo, and I am still feeling a bit overwhelmed after being diagnosed with BC. I hope that you don't have a lot of side effects, hang in there and let us know how it goes. Will be following your journey as you are just ahead of me. Best of wishes. Annie xxx
